ISO New England is performing a System Wide Voltage Reduction Test today of a 5% voltage reduction requiring more than 10 minutes to implement starting at “08:00” and ending at “08:30”, and a second test of a 5% voltage reduction that is attainable within 10 minutes starting at “18:00” and ending at “18:30”.
