The Participants Committee is ISO New England’s primary stakeholder advisory body. It is comprised of the representatives of the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) participants and helps ensure a collaborative process in the administration of New England's wholesale electricity markets and power system.
Represents market participants, coordinates and clarifies input to ISO New England, and facilitates the formation of consensus positions on administration of New England's wholesale electricity markets and power system

The PC and three standing technical committees are NEPOOL’s principal committees. Each may also form other committees, subcommittees, task forces, working groups, or other bodies to provide advice and recommendations to the principal committees and to ISO New England on specific topics and issues.
